B vitamin and tx

Can I take B complex vitamins while on tx and do you know if this helps with mouth soreness/freezer burn tongue and white patches on tongue. Thanks very much for your help in advance.

there is no reason not to take b complex. mouth soreness on treatment can be from a number of things: general dryness and thrush come to mind. so i'm not sure that a b complex will solve all mouth related problems, but it should be helpful
